  • Tina Tatum is passionate about Jesus, people and coffee!! She is an Author, Conference Speaker, Advocate for freedom, as well as a business owner of Coffee Central and Ethnos Coffee.

    Tina spent 20 years in corporate America working for Medtronic Spinal and Biologics. She, a coffee enthusiast, is the proud owner of two local coffee shops, in Southaven and Hernando, MS. Coffee Central is a place where coffee and community meet; a place for meaningful connections over coffee and really great food. (Voted Desoto’s Best Coffee Shop 2019 and 2020 and 2021 Small Business of the year.)

    Tina holds various community awards such as 2019 Southaven Woman of the Year, 2021 Small business of the year, The Esther Award from the International Woman in Ministry, Lotus Award for Outstanding Woman in Business from Desoto County Business Women, She is a Kindle Award recipient for lifting others. She is an ordained minister of the gospel, through Destiny Leadership and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

    Her greatest of all accomplishments is that of Wife to Alan and Mom to Faith Marie.

  • Pam has been a leader of women in business for 25+ years. God awakened a deep passion within her to inspire women to grow in their intimacy with Jesus. She believes every woman can experience more – more peace, more joy, more of their Savior’s presence – and step more fully into their God ordained calling and purpose.

    Pam is a faith-based Life and Business Coach, helping busy women who are doing it all, discover what they are missing so they can live their best life and achieve their dreams without sacrificing their faith. She offers a complimentary call to those who want to know more. She is co-founder of Engage for More, where the EFM team of coaches inspire women to engage Jesus in every area of their life so they can experience the more He came to offer. They lead Master Classes, offer courses and resources to help you engage and find what you are missing. You will enjoy listening to the Engage for More Podcast and getting to know the team.

    Pam is also an author, speaker, blogger, and Bible study leader. Her blog, Master What Matters, is on the list of Top 100 Christian Women Blogs. She writes to inspire women to stop focusing on what doesn’t matter and to start focusing on what matters most – their relationship with Jesus. She loves to sit and share with women about how good He is and how He can use our mess-ups and turn them into miracles of redemption and restoration.     Pam and her husband live in North Mississippi. Their 4 grown children have multiplied and expanded their family unit to 19. They are blessed with 10 precious grandchildren who have become her inspiration to leave a legacy of loving Jesus passionately. After all, that is what matters most!

  • Dr. Gwen Neal is an educator, Certified faith-based Life and Business Coach, and public speaker who has dedicated her career to empowering women, educating children, and exalting Christ. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Director of Brown Christian Academy (BCA). She co-founded GatHER Women in 2018, and Engage for More (EFM) in 2021. Dr. Neal’s passion is teaching others how to make Jesus an integral part of everyday life. Gwen is a passionate and engaging speaker that gives transformative talks on building relationships, weathering the storms of life, and shining bright for Jesus.  Women all over the world are searching for a power that will allow them to fulfill their mission and purpose in life; Dr. Neal thrives on helping them realize Jesus is that Power!

    Prior to founding Brown Christian Academy, Dr. Neal served as an Associate Professor at Arkansas State University, Dr. Neal was Program Coordinator for the MSE in Special Education.  Gwen also served as Women’s Ministry Director at Brown Missionary Baptist Church, where she led D.I.V.A.S in their quest to building authentic relationships with Jesus and one another.

    Alongside her role at BCA, Gwen actively partners with her EFM co-founders in empowering women through Master Classes, coaching and facilitating weekly small groups. She also serves on the Executive Board of The Counseling Den Christian Counseling Center.

    Dr. Neal is married to the love her of life, Gerald. They have two adult children who live in Atlanta, Georgia along with their grand dog, Dillion.

  • Kim Ball, Director of Women’s Ministry at Getwell Church Southhaven, has a servant’s heart for helping women find their purpose in Christ, both within the church and local community of DeSoto County and worldwide. Over the last several years, Kim’s calling to work with, serve beside, minister to, intentionally disciple and lovingly train women became more and more evident as she pursued her passion and developed her talents for teaching and speaking. Kim’s passion for the application of God’s Word in daily living, both in her own life and in the life of the women she ministers to, has revealed a multitude of avenues for Kim to share and teach others how to dig in deep and apply God’s word to their own lives in real, practical, and applicable ways. In addition to her role as Director of Women’s Ministry, Kim’s heart for women has led her to become a certified Life, Business & Faith Coach, as well as co-founder of another gospel based, women focused ministry, Engage For More.

    Along with her own personal development of a living, walking, breathing relationship with Christ, Kim’s ultimate desire is for women, from all walks of life and church backgrounds, to worship, learn and serve together – which is exactly why Kim is passionate about gatHER.
